Q: Are cakes baked and confections made all natural products?

A: Yes, all of my cakes and confections are hand made with the highest quality natural ingredients. No skimping! Fresh eggs, milk, butter cream cheese, madagascar vanilla etc. Fresh high quality pistachio nuts are used in Pistachio Passion Cake and Pistachio Biscotti. No preservatives are used. Only the best will do!

Q: What size are your cakes?

A: Layer cakes are approx. 8in. in diameter and approx. 3 to 3 1/2in. in height.
Crumb cakes are approx. 8in. in diameter and approx. 3in. in height.
Q: What states do you ship to?

A: Currently we are only shipping in the state of Florida. *There is a possibility we will be shipping nationally in the future.

Q: How are cakes and confections shipped and what should I expect when I receive them?

A: We are currently using UPS Shipping for all orders. We will only ship to a physical residential or commercial addresses. We do not ship to P.O. BOX addresses.

When your order is received all layer cakes will be frozen in plastic wrap. (Instructions will be included in packaging).
Both crumb cakes, rugulach and biscotti will NOT be frozen.

Q: What is your shipping schedule?

A: All orders will be shipped the following week after your order is placed. For example,if you order is placed before 12 midnight on a Sun. Mon. Tues or Wednesday your order will shipped out the following Tues of the next week. Orders placed on a Thurs. Fri.or Sat will be shipped out on a Thurs of the following week. Please allow 24 hrs after order is picked up for shipment.Florida residents is a 24 hr. delivery.

Q: Can I have my cakes personalized?

A: We do not personalize our cakes such as writing or additional designs. Our cakes are delivered as seen on website. We can not add or delete any ingredients. However, birthday signs and candles are available at an additional fee.
Q: What is you refund and replacement policy?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds (see further details in next question). We are not responsible any shipping malfunctions. If product received is damaged please call at 239- 908-8354 and will be happy to satisfy and assist you. Our priority is to make you, our clients happy and satisfied. If the item order is excessively damaged during shipping, a replacement will be sent. As shipping is out of our control, you will be responsible for shipping fee. We are sorry for this inconvenience. If our products are not up to your particular liking, we cannot exchange or replace any items, as everyone’s sweet tooth differs.

 ​Q: Can orders be canceled or changed?

A: Yes, please notify us 48 hours after your order is submitted. No later. A full refund will be made if order is canceled in that time frame. Change of order and can be made in that time frame also. Changes CANNOT be made after your order is shipped or after the 48 hours.
